Suvash Satapathy (1963) is a short story writer, translator and columnist. He is an ex-editor of Orient Longman and has been in the field of journalism for more than three decades. He has got more than two dozen titles to his credit. He has translated writers like Khushwant Singh, Kartar Singh Duggal, Bhisam Sahani, Anita Desai, Ashok Mitran, M T Vasudev Nair, U R Ananthamurthy, Krishna Sobti etc. He has been awarded Odisha Sahitya Akademi and many other awards.
