
Manju Ray is a retired Civil Servant .As Principal Chief Personnel Officer, she brought laurel to East Coast Railway winning Indian Railways Efficiency Shield on Personnel Management two times . Keeps keen interest in Social Service and served the village old and invalids conducting numerous health camps, distributing walking sticks, footwear, umbrella, and blankets through Ritwik Abha Public Charitable Trust named after her son. She also acted in Odia version of Ashadh Ka Ek Din by Mohan Rakesh. She now runs an integral school for special children and established Ritwik Sensory Garden for special children at Biribandha.
Over the years, OALF has distinguished itself from traditional literary festivals through its deeply community-based approach, creating an inclusive ecosystem where voices from every stratum of society find expression and resonance.
