Chirashree Indrasingh is an author, poet and translator. She has ten short story collections including one novel and two poetry collections. She has translated into Odia the novel of Jnanapith Award winner Bhalachandra Nemade including the Sahitya Akademi Award winning recent novel’ Things to Leave Behind’ by Namita Gokhale. She teaches political science.
