He took VRS and since 2006 worked as International Consultant in 18 developing countries( India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar(Burma),Cambodia, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Fiji Islands ,Solomon Islands, ,Ghana , Kenya , Somalia, Egypt, Lesotho, Yemen & Barbados .), Having thorough knowledge of Governance , Public Administration Reforms, Institutional Development, Organizational Restructuring , HR,OD & Change Management, , Capacity Building , and leadership development etc.. He has experience in all major international donor projects- World Bank, ADB, AfDB ,DFAT, USAID , UNDP, , GEF, EU,DFID, TMEA, GIZ etc.
